Can Art Change the World?

Students Set for a Wild Summer

Dr. Sara Dykins-Callahan leads a 10 day, 9 night tour of Yosemite, Kings Canuon, and Sequoia National Parks. This 3 credit hour, experiential course teaches students about the American Wilderness and Ecotourism.
"Ethics of Food Production" Gets Dirty
This 4000-level, American Studies course focused on the ethics of food production in the United States.
